The Centralized Research Group (CRG) at JPMorgan Chase plays a critical role by partnering with Global Investment Banking (GIB), Global Corporate Banking (GCB), and Commercial Banking (CB) teams. The CRG focuses on delivering tailored financial solutions across a variety of domains, including Mergers and Acquisitions, capital raising, credit services, and cash management. Job Description:

  • Marketing Materials and Deal Support: In this role, you will collaborate with teams in Mumbai and other regional offices to produce various marketing materials.
  • This includes crafting company profiles, public information brochures, bulletins, benchmarking analyses, pricing updates, earnings summaries, treasury pitch decks, credit analyses, and competitor analyses.
  • You will provide essential support for project execution across multiple locations, ensuring all materials are tailored to meet client needs and align with firm standards.
  • Financial Analysis: You will learn to analyze company financial statements and establish comparables for trading and transactions.
  • This involves developing valuation models and conducting financial benchmarking of key metrics to support decision-making processes and enhance the quality of client presentations.
  • Research: Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing company and industry data from diverse sources, such as company reports, online databases, and proprietary J.P. Morgan content.
  • You will start forming industry insights and tracking developments to identify potential opportunities and prospects for new clients.
  • Industry or Product Coverage: You will work with teams across regions to understand and apply industry and market fundamentals. This entails considering economic conditions, competition, risks, and trends.
  • You will track clients, emerging sectors, and product themes to generate ideas for potential pitches, contributing to the firm's strategic growth initiatives.
