Job Description:

  • In this role, you’ll manage customer requests across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and web.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to analyze each request, provide solutions, and direct customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer records by refreshing account information is a key part of your role.
  • You will address Level 1 product or service issues by listening to customer complaints, diagnosing the cause, and implementing the best solutions.
  • You’ll make necessary adjustments and follow up to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Additionally, you'll forward potential leads to the Account Manager or Dealer Channel Sales team by collecting relevant customer details.
  • Supporting customers with billing inquiries and resolving related issues will also be among your tasks. Using internal tools, you’ll process and verify customer requests, ensuring efficiency and precision in handling each interaction.
  • A strong emphasis on communication is essential, as you’ll deliver quality service to both internal and external customers, working closely with other departments to resolve various account-related issues.
