Job Description:
- The role is centered on consistent and proactive engagement with a designated customer portfolio to drive growth in Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), and Term Deposits (TD), while also promoting cross-selling of assets and wealth management products. The individual is expected to achieve the business targets assigned through a structured performance scorecard by offering tailored financial solutions that align with customer needs.
- Understanding customer behavior and financial goals is key to increasing product penetration and enhancing overall relationship value. The role also involves sourcing new business leads through referrals from existing clients, thereby expanding the customer base and strengthening brand loyalty.
- Providing swift and customer-centric solutions to queries and complaints is a critical component of this role. Ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution builds trust and improves customer retention. The individual must also strictly comply with regulatory and operational policies, including Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data security guidelines.
- Operational responsibilities are integral to the role, including reviewing and acting on audit observations, managing retail banking processes, and overseeing the secure handling of cash and non-cash transactions such as demand drafts, fund transfers, and manager's cheques. As the custodian of the branch vault, the role bearer ensures that cash limits are maintained and all financial instruments are properly recorded.
- Additional duties include updating key registers, monitoring dummy and suspense accounts, handling deferred transactions, and reviewing daily reports such as end-of-day balances, cash position summaries, and transaction logs. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring reconciliation processes are in place is vital for operational integrity.

- Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computer Science, or Management.
