Job Description:
- You will be working within our Customer Support division, where your primary responsibility will be managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and addressing complaints from dissatisfied customers to provide the best possible resolutions.
- You will also ensure that faults and complaints are closed within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- We’re looking for a candidate who excels in communication and has a deep understanding of key customer support metrics.
- Provide exceptional brand experiences, promote sustainable growth, and maintain a secure work environment.
- As an agent, follow daily routines and meet targets responsibly. Complete tasks accurately and within deadlines while adhering to client SLAs and policies.
- Stay informed on client guidelines, legal requirements, and special procedures. Participate in cross-functional training and work efficiently with the necessary tools.
- Achieve productivity and quality goals as outlined in your OKRs.
- Maintain accuracy in case investigations and consistently offer feedback for product improvements.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and continuously enhance knowledge of process policies and guidelines.
- In operations management, you will oversee the design and control of production processes to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer expectations.
- In this role, your ability to communicate effectively will be key in resolving issues and providing excellent service.
- Customer service is all about helping customers at every step, from pre-purchase to post-use, ensuring they have the support they need.
