Job Description:
- Acquire new customers:
- Actively engage with potential customers to promote and acquire new users for Jio services. Understand their needs and recommend the most suitable plans and services to ensure they choose Jio as their preferred network provider.
- Call Jio customers and explain recharge options:
- Initiate outbound calls to existing Jio customers, providing them with detailed information on various recharge plans and offers. Clearly explain the benefits of each plan, helping them make informed decisions based on their usage patterns and preferences.
- Assist customers in completing Jio recharge:
- Guide customers step-by-step through the process of recharging their Jio accounts, ensuring they understand how to complete the transaction smoothly. This assistance may be through digital methods, mobile apps, or providing instructions over the phone.
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers:
- Identify potential customers who are interested in switching to or acquiring new Jio connections. Present the benefits of Jio’s services and plans, handling objections and providing clear information to encourage them to choose Jio.
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines:
- Provide prompt and efficient support by addressing and resolving customer queries or concerns within the set timelines. This ensures that customer issues are managed effectively, enhancing their overall satisfaction with Jio services.
- Ensure a delightful customer experience:
- Strive to provide an exceptional customer experience by being courteous, helpful, and patient. The goal is to make each interaction positive, leaving customers feeling valued and satisfied with their Jio services.
- Ensure all customer interactions are delivered in the appropriate tone and language:
- Communicate with customers in a respectful, professional, and culturally appropriate manner. Tailor the tone and language to match the customer's preferences, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood during the conversation.
- Accurately capture customer details and information relevant to the service or call:
- Accurately document important customer information and data gathered during interactions. This includes personal details, recharge preferences, and any service-related issues. Proper documentation helps in delivering personalized and efficient service in future interactions.
- Gain a deep understanding of Jio's plans, products, and services to enhance customer value:
- Stay updated on Jio’s latest plans, products, and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. By being well-informed, you can offer valuable insights and recommend solutions that best meet the customer’s needs, enhancing their experience with Jio.
