Job Description:
- In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process for each position, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Your responsibilities will include screening candidates at all levels, preferably through in-person interviews, while completing the Human Capital Integrated Evaluation Framework (HC IEF).
- You will also oversee compensation approvals and lead offer negotiations, ensuring that candidates receive competitive and fair offers.
- Moreover, you will actively contribute to initiatives aimed at improving and re-engineering recruitment processes, enhancing overall efficiency and outcomes.
By fostering a streamlined recruitment strategy, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and meeting the dynamic staffing needs of the organization.

You will initiate requirement intake meetings for every opening to clarify the role, responsibilities, key deliverables, job descriptions, target talent pool, salary range, and interview panel.
