Job Description:
- The role involves ensuring precise and timely execution of transactional services as specified in the global product catalogue for internal customers.
- Responsibilities include managing customer calls, logging notifications in the CRM system, coordinating engineer assignments, uploading productive hours, closing notifications, and conducting Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys. Upholding company policies and guidelines is crucial to our success.
- The position requires the completion of all tasks within specified deadlines while upholding the highest quality standards.
