Job Description:

• As an HR professional, you will provide essential support by addressing employee inquiries related to contracts, onboarding, and benefits.

• You will be responsible for escalating issues to the appropriate channels when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.

• Maintaining accuracy in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is a critical part of the role, where you will update employee records and manage new hires efficiently.

• You will also lead global projects, such as engagement and training initiatives, collaborating with managers to drive effective HR processes and promote a positive workplace culture.

• Assisting with onboarding is key, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.

• You will facilitate benefits enrollment and manage payroll processes, ensuring that all data is processed accurately and on time.

• Additionally, you will oversee global background checks to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Regular audits of systems will be part of your responsibilities to maintain compliance and improve existing HR processes continually.
