As part of the Support team, your role centers on providing post-sales assistance and solutions to Oracle’s customer base, acting as a voice for their needs. This includes addressing both non-technical and technical inquiries through phone and digital channels, as well as troubleshooting issues related to our Electronic Support Services. Serving as a key liaison, you’ll nurture customer relationships, offer guidance, and assist internal teams in navigating complex customer scenarios and resolving escalated concerns

Job Description:

  • As a vital member of Oracle’s Support team, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional post-sales assistance and tailored solutions to our global customer base.
  • Acting as a dedicated advocate for customer needs, you will address a wide range of inquiries, from non-technical questions to complex technical issues, ensuring seamless resolution through phone, email, and other digital channels.
  • Your role also involves troubleshooting and guiding customers on the effective use of Oracle’s Electronic Support Services, enabling them to maximize the value of their investments.
  • As the main point of contact for customers, you play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships between clients and Oracle’s Support organization.
  • This includes understanding customer concerns, offering timely and effective solutions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey. Beyond external interactions, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, providing insights and recommendations to address diverse customer scenarios and resolve escalated issues efficiently.

Required Qualification, skills:

  • In this position, your main responsibility will be to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle’s Support Services customers, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard. You will handle and resolve a variety of customer inquiries, ranging from non-technical questions to technical issues related to the use and troubleshooting of Oracle’s Electronic Support Services. These interactions will take place through phone calls, emails, and other digital communication channels.
  • As the primary point of contact for customers, you will serve as a bridge between Oracle’s internal teams and the customer, working under the guidance of Senior Client Relations Analysts and management. Your role will involve addressing a broad spectrum of customer concerns, offering real-time solutions whenever possible, and following up on more complex issues that require additional attention.
  • You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships by providing timely, accurate, and effective support. This includes offering guidance on technical challenges, resolving non-technical inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your ability to analyze problems, communicate clearly, and collaborate with internal teams will be essential in delivering solutions that meet customer expectations.
