Job Description:
- In this role, you will provide swift and effective responses to executive ad-hoc requests, encompassing project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
- Your ability to organize complex information in a clear, strategic, and compelling manner will be critical, leveraging advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create impactful wireframes, mock-ups, reports, and dashboards for management presentations.
- You will serve as a key liaison, communicating effectively with business partners to understand project requirements and drive actionable next steps.
- Your responsibilities will include managing projects, delivering critical work streams, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks. Additionally, you will identify and address key business risks on the platform, working to implement mitigating controls and enhance operational resilience.
- A significant part of your role will involve supporting audit, regulatory, and compliance initiatives, including driving action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
- You will also coordinate team activities, preparing materials for town halls, employee recognition programs, and strategy working sessions.
