Job Description:

  • The role requires efficiently handling a high volume of incoming phone calls and support tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • A key responsibility includes conducting product feature demonstrations, sharing updates, and making retention and feedback calls to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Required Qualification, skills:

  • While not mandatory, experience in providing support to financial institutions or in a B2C (business-to-consumer) setting would be a significant advantage.
