Job Description:

  • The role involves ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all KYC (Know Your Customer) formalities in strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and specified timelines.
  • This includes collaborating closely with the Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams to gather necessary information and secure approvals, thereby facilitating seamless client onboarding and documentation processes. 
  • Additionally, the position requires providing support in the preparation and review of legal documentation, as well as assisting in the successful closing of transactions.
  • A key responsibility includes running simulations to calculate profitability, ensuring that financial outcomes align with the bank’s objectives. The role also entails tracking Net Banking Income (NBI) using the C-profit platform, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data, and logging client meetings into the system to ensure transparency and continuity in client relationships.
  • Furthermore, the position demands the acquisition and development of specialized industry knowledge and sector-specific insights relevant to the bank’s clientele.
  • This expertise enables the individual to better understand client needs and contribute to tailored financial solutions. In the absence of the Relationship Manager, the role also involves stepping in as a backup, ensuring uninterrupted client service and maintaining the bank’s high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
