We are currently seeking specialists to join our VKYC Team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to facilitate video KYC (Know Your Customer) processes for our users, while consistently seeking innovative ways to enhance their experience. As a specialist, you will provide essential support to ensure seamless completion of video KYC, contributing to a smooth and efficient customer journey.

Job Description:

Required Qualification, skills:

  • We are looking for individuals who possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • A strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes is essential, as is being an active listener who can handle objections with patience and professionalism. Candidates should demonstrate a customer-first mindset, with the flexibility to adapt and respond to diverse situations in a dynamic environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, open to feedback, and willing to contribute to a positive work culture. Strong organizational skills are a must, including the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required, as these languages will be used extensively in customer interactions. Additionally, a graduation degree (10+2+3 format) is mandatory for this role.
  • While prior work experience is not a strict requirement, 0–1 year of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Multilingual skills, particularly in South Indian languages (both spoken and written), will be considered an advantage, as they enable better engagement with a diverse customer base.
