- This position requires close collaboration with Automation, Frontend, and Backend teams to gather detailed business requirements and prepare comprehensive technical documentation that aligns with project goals.
- A key responsibility of the DevOps Engineer is to ensure platform stability and scalability. This involves analyzing data and providing operational insights aimed at improving customer experience and service reliability.
- The engineer manages incident response efforts, contributing to the development of tooling and predictive models that enhance operational efficiency.
- In addition to these responsibilities, the DevOps Engineer participates in on-call rotations to ensure timely responses to any incidents that may arise, assists with application deployment, and provides support for production code in line with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- They conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of deployments and address any integration issues that may surface, ensuring that the overall system remains robust and efficient.

- Familiar with Jenkins, MongoDB, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD.
- Experienced in Azure cloud services, including virtualization, networking, and platform maintenance.
