Job Description:
- Assist UK-based Executive Assistants (EAs) by submitting expense claims, reconciling American Express statements, booking meeting rooms, and creating travel itineraries for Partners using Deloitte’s systems, ensuring compliance with company policy.
- Provide timely support for ad hoc requests and general queries from EAs.
- Manage requests and tickets via the ESS Service Portal (ServiceNow) following ESS best practices.
- Comply with Quality Assurance policies by organizing all deliverables and correspondence with EAs and other stakeholders in designated Microsoft Teams folders.
- Understand and strictly follow the Deloitte UK Travel & Expenses policy.
- Update and maintain service documentation and training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Process Maps, and SIPOCs, as necessary.
- Serve as an out-of-office contact, handling client emails during the absence of Senior Directors.
- Build strong relationships with key client EAs and establish rapport with stakeholders, including partners, directors, and staff.
- Provide backup support during holidays and sick leave to ensure continuity of operations.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks for senior directors and associate partners.
- Contribute effectively to diverse teams in an inclusive culture where every contribution is valued.
