Job Description:
- As a Talent Acquisition Intern in HR, you’ll engage closely with stakeholders, building strong relationships with candidates, employees, and alumni to support a positive recruitment experience.
- Your responsibilities include managing the full interview lifecycle: scheduling interviews, coordinating virtual events, and ensuring a seamless process for candidates from start to finish.
- You’ll assist in crafting job postings, screening resumes and applications, and providing timely, constructive feedback to applicants, enhancing the candidate experience.
- In addition, your role involves preparing and updating reports and dashboards, allowing the team to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you’ll gain insights into metrics-focused recruitment processes, contributing to the overall success of hiring initiatives.
- By collaborating on various open roles, you’ll play a key role in managing the TA team’s recruitment workflow and learn essential skills in stakeholder management, data reporting, and HR operations.
