Job Description:

  • As a key member of our airline team, you will adhere strictly to Government, DGCA, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring you stay updated on all relevant rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • You will maintain our company grooming standards and consistently project a professional image, embodying the values of our brand at all times.
  • Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all regulatory training and documentation is current and valid.
  • You will drive in-flight sales while enhancing the overall customer experience by effectively promoting our airline's brand.
  • Delivering organized and consistent service will be a priority, especially for customers with specific needs, ensuring that all passengers receive the highest level of care and comfort.
  • Additionally, you will manage galley handovers, sales stock, and catering supplies efficiently, upholding our commitment to On-Time Performance, customer safety, and aircraft cleanliness.
  • Reporting issues promptly and suggesting improvements for service and cost efficiency will be crucial to your role.
  • You will also collaborate effectively with the cockpit crew and other departments, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to assist your colleagues.

Required Qualification, skills:

  • Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and stay informed on government regulations and safety protocols from the DGCA and the airline.
  • Uphold the company's grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Keep regulatory training up-to-date and ensure all relevant documentation is valid.
  • Drive in-flight sales while promoting the airline's brand to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Deliver consistent and organized service, with a particular focus on accommodating customers with special needs.
  • Engage positively with passengers to ensure their comfort and a high level of care throughout the flight. Manage galley handovers, sales stock, and catering supplies with efficiency.
  • Maintain On-Time Performance while prioritizing customer safety and aircraft cleanliness. Report any issues promptly and provide suggestions for service improvements and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with the cockpit crew and other departments, always willing to go the extra mile to assist colleagues in delivering exceptional service.
  • Possess a strong understanding of aviation rules, safety protocols, and company standards, demonstrating excellent grooming and professional conduct.
  • Showcase public relations skills along with proficiency in in-flight sales and customer service, enhancing the overall passenger experience.
  • Exhibit a high level of self-discipline, teamwork, and effective communication with both crew members and various departments.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Nationality: Indian Nationals with a valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.
  • Education: 10+2 (Class 12th), fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Health: Must meet DGCA medical fitness standards; BMI range 18-23 for females, 18-25 for males.
  • Appearance: No visible tattoos or marks.
  • Height: Minimum 155 cm for females, 167.5 cm for males (weight proportionate).
  • Age Limit: 18-28 years for freshers; up to 35 years for experienced cabin crew.
