Job Description:
- This role will report to the Manager of the International Acquisition Experience Analytics team, part of the Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) division, and will be based in Gurgaon.
- The candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-impact analytics to optimize Digital Acquisition Experiences across International Markets, including key areas such as Shop, Apply, and GO2.
- The primary responsibility will be to provide strategic analytics focused on enhancing Digital Acquisition experiences in international markets, with the goal of optimizing customer journeys and driving business growth.
- This includes defining and building key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the success of acquisition journeys.
- The candidate will also support the development of new products and capabilities, ensuring they align with customer needs and business objectives.
- A key aspect of the role involves analyzing and interpreting experiment results to uncover actionable insights and learnings that can be used to refine and improve the customer experience.
- Over time, the candidate will develop a deep functional understanding of enterprise-wide product capabilities and associated platforms, ensuring that analytical insights are both relevant and actionable.
- Additionally, the candidate will conduct in-depth strategic analysis by leveraging digital activity data and American Express’s closed-loop data. This analysis will provide decision-making support, helping to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- By combining analytical expertise with a customer-centric approach, the candidate will contribute to the optimization of digital acquisition strategies, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business success in international markets.

- An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science is required for this role. Strong programming skills are highly preferred, with experience in Big Data programming languages like Hive and Spark, as well as proficiency in Python and SQL.
